• Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
• International orders are shipped from Canada and may take additional time depending on the destination and customs processing.

International Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

• Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• Orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pay applicable customs duties are not eligible for a refund. Customers who intentionally refuse deliveries may be restricted from placing future orders.
